Sister churches

The church has been able to carry out evangelistic and discipleship programmes in other parts of the country other than the capital city, Nairobi. We seek to form a network of Bible based churches with a teachable and faithful leadership and by divine enablement we currently have twenty sister churches; some of which are very young church plants in need of consistent shepherding.

No human terms can accurately describe the emotional relief and the great joy that is always experienced in all the areas that the Lord Jesus Christ has graciously allowed us the privilege and opportunity of planting a Bible teaching church.

Grace Covenant Church (GCC) appreciates the necessity of having Bible teaching, Bible believing and Bible practicing churches in every community and neighborhood. These coupled with the evident thirst and hunger for truth among believers in all the parts of the country the church has been enabled to reach, formed a solid ground for overseeing the planting of the above mentioned churches.

The main aim has been to plant and establish Bible based local assemblies with a view to enhance the furtherance of the gospel to the world around us while supporting Pastors at the nascent stages of church planting. The church bears the responsibility of giving every young church that is planted “the right hand of fellowship” and thus there is in place a three-year program whereby GCC offers financial assistance and Pastors’ training programs intended to help in their establishment so that every church will function independent of each other and solely dependent on God. “But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” {Acts 1:8}.
